Everything is doing right for Jet Li's international career. Before joining the team of Matrix 2, the 5-times national wushu Champion of China is currently shooting in Paris. The temporary title is Kiss of the Dragon, and the main actors are, apart from Jet, Tchecky Karyo and Bridget Fonda. The movie is co-written and produced by Luc Besson. Several French practicionners have been appealed to be Jet's opponents for a detective story which numerous fights will be set up by the excellent Corey Yuen. The shooting, started on the 25th september, will last until end of december. The inside scenes will be shot in the studio of Epinay, some sequences will be shot in Tours and in a palace in Switzerland. Several scenes will also be shot in Paris' streets. The most spectacular, planned to be shot at the beginning of december, will be a fight on a bateau-mouche along the Seine river. The budget, partly insured by TF1 and TPS is said to be one of the highest of the year : 175 millions Francs. We are looking forward to seeing the result of this collaboration between Jet Li and Luc Besson. For now, don't miss the release of Romeo must die on the big screen from 1st november.
